Essential Function:

Full spectrum of administration work. Overseeing daily administrative operations,
ensuring office efficiency, facilitating religious prayer arrangements, and
providing support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Function:

Daily monitoring of yield targets and issues on related processes. Provide technical leadership and coaching to a group of process engineers in technical decisions and directions for projects. Guide team to develop process that is robust and high yielding as well as address and technical issues related to the process. Responsible for managing projects and ensuring quality and standards required.

  1. To carry out all Special Build Request (SBR) sample runs in the most efficient and productive way.
  2. Responsible for the full spectrum of engineering functions.
  3. Develop, characterize, and optimise processes for production.

  5. Coordinate with Engineering for new evaluation study on DOE.

QA

  1. Responsible to complete incomplete the incoming inspection for all raw materials and sub-con assembly parts.
  2. To prepare and review LAR report for supplier and Sub-con by weekly, monthly & yearly basis.
  3. Responsible to identify any material or Sub-con quality issues.
  4. Follow up evaluation of new materials and any special test run for quality issue.
  5. Co-ordinate with sub-con engineer or quality issue and arrange necessary sorting activities.

Process

  1. Parameter setting & monitoring.
  2. Review daily & monthly activities across the process area like 1st piece inspection, equipment condition checklist and other recording forms correctness.
  3. Provide technical support to production personal.
  4. Monitor process quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
  5. Data collection for reject analysis or trouble shooting.

Requirements:

  1. Cert / Diploma / Bachelor degree in any engineering discipline.
  2. Min. 1-year related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  3. Fresh graduates may also to apply.
  4. Must be willing to work on 12 hours rotating shift.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Function:

  1. To maintain and upkeep all machines in tip top condition.
  2.  To maintain and upkeep all stencils/pallets/jig fixtures/equipments in production in tip top condition.
  3. To ensure minimum machines downtime.
  4. To fully support SMT production operation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for programming and supporting Production to maximize SMT equipment.
  2. Develops, reviews and improves work instructions and product documentation.
  3. Summarizes and generates reports of defect tracking (SPC) and scrap reports to ensure the highest level of productivity.
  4. Coordinates with Engineers to resolve product quality issues.
  5. Lead a team of operators to achieve SMT Line output & Yield target.
  6. Perform SMT Line conversion and carry out re-flow oven profiling.
  7. Troubleshoot quality issues and participate in Preventive Maintenance activities.
  8. Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S.
  9. Control & maintain tools, jigs & fixtures.
  10. Any other duties assigned by superior and Engineer from time to time.

  1. Possess Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and/or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Possess SMT related working experience is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Function:

  1. Manage the receiving of incoming material and warehouse operations with a team of well-trained staff.
  2. To be responsible for stocks in the warehouse and issuing materials to production without any interruptions while maintaining an accurate inventory.
  3. Complying to company’s QMS procedures and local and international rules and regulations and supporting stake holders to operate in a harmonious environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, train, coach and supervise a team of store personnel.                
  2. Provide leadership for day-to-day operations through adequate information sharing.              
  3. Ensure incoming materials are timely received and inventory, issued to production according to proper documentation and system accuracy maintained.
  4. Some of Key functions to be managed: 
    -Storage of materials are according to TDS, properly labelled and traceable.
    -Inventory level to be optimized to reduce holding cost.
    -Monitoring of consigned items and usage
    -Maintain list of consumables and ensure a safety level maintained. 
  5. Liaise with Purchasing/Planner/Finance to solve problematic PO, Non-PO delivery, wrong item, or pricing.
  6. Execute Purchase Return.
  7. Coordinate with CSS/Finance on Sales Order Return on RMA/ Invoice Reversal.
  8. Review Monthly expired report, update in the AX system and drive for disposition.
  9. To execute MRBS/Scrap system transferred and appropriately stored.
  10. Provide support to stake holders to timely resolve issues and escalate to immediate superior or management to support if required.

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
