Essential Function:

  1. To act as direct window with customer on sales order, delivery schedule, quotation, quality, outstanding payment, and other related matters.

  2. Drive effective Qdos EHS programs to cultivate strong EHS awareness, compliance, and commitment.
  3. Build up strong EHS competency and industry knowhow to support new business and enable cost effective EHS implementation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive EHS regulatory requirements and compliance with relevant licenses and permits secured timely.
    -Develop Qdos EHS regulatory master plan to ensure timely license/permit (eg. yearly fire drill, certificatee of fitness, poison licence etc)  approval with all risks effectively mitigated).
    -Maintain and update all documentations per permits and regulatory requirements.

Lead new Project/Program start-up execution.  

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and responsible for the product lines assigned. Scope covered from prototype, prelaunch & Mass Pro handover.

Responsible for sourcing and procurement of tooling, chemical and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) supplies.

Indirect Material Purchase (Work Location : Batu Kawan) 
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of direct materials for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).  This includes key components such as PCBs, semiconductors, connectors, and other raw materials essential for electronic production.  The role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining supplier quality, compliance, and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities:

DIRECT MATERIAL PURCHASER

  1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
    – Source and qualify new suppliers for new product introduction (NPI) to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
    -Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
  2. Procurement Operations & Supply Chain Management
    – Issue RFQs, analyse supplier quotations and negotiate pricing
