ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

We conduct all business dealings in a fair, just, and professional manner. Employees are expected to demonstrate integrity and sound judgment at all times.

QDOS adopts a zero-tolerance stance on bribery and corruption. Any violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination and legal consequences. Employees facing uncertainty in ethical situations must report to their Head of Department, HR, or Management immediately.

  • Customer/supplier databases and employee data
  • Technical documentation, research, or inventions

This obligation continues even after employment ends. Violations may result in disciplinary action or legal proceedings.
