CONFLICT MINERALS Policy

As part of our ongoing commitment to ethical business conduct and responsible sourcing, we are dedicated to ensuring that our supply chain is free from materials that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or its adjoining countries. This commitment applies specifically to conflict minerals—Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold (3TG)—that may be used in our products.

Qdos fully supports efforts to eliminate the trade in conflict minerals and encourages transparency and accountability in the sourcing of raw materials. We recognize the significant role that responsible sourcing can play in promoting peace and stability in conflict-affected regions, while still supporting legitimate mineral trade from the DRC and its neighbouring countries.

To this end, Qdos has adopted a Conflict Minerals Policy and implemented a due diligence framework aligned with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, or other recognized equivalent frameworks. We take the following actions:

  • Conduct reasonable due diligence on the source and chain of custody of 3TG used in our products.
  • Work closely with our suppliers to ensure they understand and adhere to our Conflict Minerals Policy.
  • Require our suppliers to source 3TG responsibly and provide sourcing information upon request.
  • Support industry initiatives and practices that promote responsible mineral sourcing.

Qdos is committed to continuous improvement in our due diligence efforts and to fostering a responsible, transparent, and ethical supply chain.
