JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Develop and drive effective training and development program to build highly motivated and competent workforce, aligned with Qdos High Performance Culture (HPC)
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify the training priorities for both technical and soft skill needs including leadership skill
• Develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of new hire orientation and integration program including buddy system, Job Training Plan, Internship etc
• Serve as an internal trainer for relevant technical and soft skill training including training material development
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of learning and development solutions and accelerate internal development of talent pool
2. Manage the end to end management and administration of training and development focuses
• Manage the overall training administration which includes training applications, HRDF claims, audit especially on the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001
• Design and develop training calendar, monitor learning & development records and drive for appropriate gap closure
• Organize and develop training procedure manual and training materials such as handouts and visual materials
3. Drive effective development and deployment of Qdos Training and Development tool and industry best practices
• Be the effective administer of the Qdos Training Tool
• Drive e-learning solution and initiatives to complement class room training
• Drive effective Job Training Plan (JTP) deployment with close loop alignment with training scheduling and priority
• Benchmark and adopt industry best training practices and embed into Qdos training tool and framework
REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess a bachelor degree or equivalent, in human resource or engineering field
2. Minimum 3-year working experience in Training & Development, manufacturing industry preferred
3. Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law & HRDF , Proficiency in MS Power Point/Excel.
4. Knowledge of ISO audit & RBA code of conducts
5. Energetic, meticulous, good analytical thinking & get things done attitude
6. Strong execution focus combined with the ability to multi-task, with attention to details and managing time productively to meet deadlines
7. Excellent organisational/communication/writing skills & able to interact with all levels & employees
8. Candidate must possess a valid driving license & transport
