Job Description


​To act as direct window with customer on sales order, delivery schedule, quotation, quality, outstanding payment and other related matters. 


1.Perform order processing, from sales orders to delivery instructions.              

2. Support customers on all enquiries which includes prepare quotation, shipment schedule and quality related matters.

3. Follow up on sample product delivery (i.e. prototype)

4. Coordinating with shipping/ production/ warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.

5. Develop excellent business relationship with customers through phone call, email and regular visit.

6. Follow up outstanding payments and tooling cost.

8. To monitor and compile customer’s demand forecast.

9. To work closely with planning team on customer’s demand and shipment related matters.


1.Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Commerce or equivalent

2.1-2 years clerical/office working experience, preferably in customer service related field

3.Computer savvy. Proficient in Microsoft office-Excel & Word

4.Fast learner, independant & able to meet deadline

5.Good written & verbal communication skill

6. Mandarin speaking candidate is highly advantageous in handling China customers

7.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
