JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions:

  1. Develop and drive effective training and development program to build highly motivated and competent workforce, aligned with QDOS High Performance Culture (HPC).
  2. Manage the end to end management and administration of training and development focuses.
  3. Drive effective development and deployment of QDOS Training and Development tool and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive effective training and development program to build highly motivated and competent workforce, aligned with QDOS High Performance Culture (HPC).
    • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify the training priorities for both technical and soft skill needs including leadership skill.
    • Develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of new hire orientation and integration program including buddy system, Job Training Plan, Internship etc.
    • Serve as an internal trainer for relevant technical and soft skill training including training material development.
    • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of learning and development solutions and accelerate internal development of talent pool.
  2. Manage the end to end management and administration of training and development focuses.
    • Manage the overall training administration which includes training applications, HRDF claims, audit especially on the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001.
    • Design and develop training calendar, monitor learning & development records and drive for appropriate gap closure.
    • Organize and develop training procedure manual and training materials such as handouts and visual materials.
  3. Drive effective development and deployment of QDOS Training and Development tool and industry best practices.
    • Be the effective administer of the QDOS Training Tool.
    • Drive e-learning solution and initiatives to complement class room training.
    • Drive effective Job Training Plan (JTP) deployment with close loop alignment with training scheduling and priority.
    • Benchmark and adopt industry best training practices and embed into QDOS training tool and framework.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a bachelor degree or equivalent, in human resource or engineering field.
  2. Minimum 3-year working experience in Training & Development, manufacturing industry preferred.
  3. Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law & HRDF , Proficiency in MS Power Point/Excel.
  4. Knowledge of ISO audit & RBA code of conducts.
  5. Energetic, meticulous, good analytical thinking & get things done attitude.
  6. Strong execution focus combined with the ability to multi-task, with attention to details and managing time productively to meet deadlines.
  7. Excellent organizational / communication / writing skills & able to interact with all levels & employees.
  8. Candidate must possess a valid driving license & transport.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions:

  1. ​To act as direct window with customer on sales order, delivery schedule, quotation, quality, outstanding payment and other related matters. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform order processing, from sales orders to delivery instructions.              
  2. Support customers on all enquiries which includes prepare quotation, shipment schedule and quality related matters.
  3. Follow up on sample product delivery (i.e. prototype).
  4. Coordinating with shipping/ production/ warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) from conceptualization to prototype delivery and ensure quality, cost and schedule requirements are fully met.
    • Perform effective new product / process scoping to identify new NPI risks and establish proactive risk mitigation plan in order to meet customer requirements.
    • Effectively plan the overall prototype execution schedule, resource requirements and ensure flawless execution including rallying support from relevant stakeholders. These include coordinating all project elements including engineering design, material selection and characterization, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final buy-off phases.
    • Drive and / or partner with process engineer to comprehensively characterize key product and process characterization in order to establish process recipe that meeting process capability and stability requirements. This involves effective SPC deployment as well as defect characterization and analysis.
    • React promptly and effectively to resolve NPI issues and ensure customer requirements are being met.
    • Perform effective sample shipment release review with all customer quality and reliability requirements fulfilled.
    • Perform effective retrospective to capture learning for continuous learning and prevent issue recurrence.
  2. Ensure the NPI product transition to mass production with manufacturability requirements (cost, quality, yield, productivity) fulfilled.
    • Provide support to operation team on smooth transfer of the prototype into mass production stage.
    • To provide critical learning and support to operation team on process and quality related issues during the initial ramp up phase.
    • Ensure all manufacturability requirements (cost, quality, yield, productivity) meet or exceed the production transfer target.
    • Ensure quality system and all process documents are in place to meet customer audit and mass production requirements.
  3. Be the key driver and / or partner with process / equipment engineering team to develop and expand new process envelope to meet new product / customer requirements.
    • Facilitate material selection and characterization to meet the NPI requirements.
    • Facilitate equipment selection and / or process flow creation to meet the NPI customer requirements.
    • Plan and execute DOE (Design of Experiment) to meet the new product / process envelope target.

Requirements:

  1. Min. of Bachelor Degree in chemical, material or mechanical engineering.
  2. At least 5 years of NPI or process engineering related work experience in substrate manufacturing and development.
